Brevard County Real Estate agent, Kathleen Day has a secret. She's the daughter of the late super-heroine, LADY HURRICANE, who gave her life defending the world from the mysterious agents of K.R.A.K.E.N.. But that's not all. Kathleen, "Kath," to her friends, has inherited her mother's powers. In fact, she's more powerful than mom was. So, while most of the super powered set have gone off the grid, fearing K.R.A.K.E.N., Kath has jumped in with both feet, to honor her mother's memory and her own sense of responsibility. Calling herself CAT. 5 after the Category 5 hurricanes her powers emulate, she defends Florida and the world.

THE BULL-SHARK

Not much is known about this deadly villain. Several years ago, he was a just a man in a customized diving suit that sported an image of a shark emblazened on the chest. He specialized in robbing the cruise ships that launch from Cape Canaveral. Like most of the costumed crowd, he disappeared after K.R.A.K.E.N. began taking out anyone with powers. But, in the last few years K.R.A.K.E.N. attacks have been few and far between, and The Bull-Shark has returned, and changed for the worse! Now a giant horned man-shark, the Bull-Shark is a man-eating menace with a hidden agenda...but how did he get like this and whose agenda is driving him?
